Our first topic of the year is:

Rattle them Bones!

We will be looking at the bones and organs within our body and finding out how they work.

Here is some useful information for the new term:

Please make sure children have full kit consisting of T shirt, shorts or jogging bottoms and trainers or daps. We are hoping to be outside for PE as much as possible but need to have both an indoor and outdoor kit in school at all times! Diolch. Our PE day is currently on a Wednesday. Full kits need to be in school for this day.

Please make sure all items of clothing are labelled. Our lost property box is forever full of jumpers without names.

Year 3 homework consists of the following:

  • Topic Homework Menu
  • Weekly Spellings
  • Abacus Online homework.

By the end of September, your child will start to bring home a reading book to read and share with you at home. The resources to do this are on their way to school and therefore this will start as soon as possible.

This is our classroom poster! We write down all the exciting things we have been getting upto! We can't wait to fill up the empty gaps in the Summer term!
