We really hope you enjoy watching our sports day video

Year 5

Miss Cooke & Mrs Penn

Welcome to Miss Year 5's class page!

Here you can find out about our topics, useful links, important class information and up and coming dates.

Important Information

P.E - P.E is on a Monday morning. Due to the current situation, we are asking children to wear their PE kits to school on their PE day. Children must have a white top and either black shorts, tracksuit bottoms or a Skort. Although session will take place inside the school hall, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the whole school day - joggers and jumpers are advised, especially for the colder weather!

Snack - Children should be eating a healthy snack at break time. This can be fruit, vegetables, cheese, yoghurts etc.  This needs to be bought in from home as school are currently unable to provide/sell fruit tuck.

Behaviour - In school we follow the good to be green. We are all aiming to become platinum by staying green for a week.

Friday's - Children are currently finishing earlier on a Friday (12pm Y5HC 12:15pm Y5NP) this is while we are unable to have PPA cover across different bubbles.

Monday, 20th April

Bore da! Good morning and welcome back! (Or not as the case may be...). Whilst we are not able to physically return to school today we are very much 'back' and looking forward to working with you all again. All of our learning is on our new weekly Home Learning Mat. This will be shared on a Monday morning here, on the Dojo and most importantly, in our Google Classroom. It contains lessons and activities that you 'should' do and activities that you 'could' do. The 'should' activities are the ones that we really need you to do, the 'coulds' are there for you to do if you have time after you have finished the 'shoulds'.

Please contact us through email or the Dojo if you have any questions. Happy home learning!  smiley
