Expressive Arts
In year 3, we use pupil voice to help decide how we will express ourselves artistically. We do this in a variety of ways.
A few of these are:
Looking at famous Artists, the artwork they produce and the technique they use (Leonardo Da Vinci, Keith Harring, Guiseppe Arcimboldo and Rhiannon Roberts)
Manipulating different materials (playdough, clay, salt dough)
Dance from different cultures
Creating, performing and exploring different types of music
Role-playing using a variety of props/adding musical elements
Designing, creating and evaluating using materials
