Dear parent/carer,

Many of you will have seen me in and around school and for those of you who haven’t I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tina Goodland and I am the Family Liaison Officer at Nant Celyn Primary. ​

My role is to support parents and carers to ensure that children and families receive the support needed so that children can have a positive learning experience at Nant Celyn. I work closely with a variety of outside agencies that can offer confidential support to you and your family when needed. We all have times in our lives when we may need a bit of extra help and I am always here to listen. I am able to signpost families to the right services that will be able to offer the right help.

I am available Monday to Fridays mornings between 8.30am and 12pm. Families are welcome to come in and see me if they need to discuss anything including financial support, emergency food hampers and support with parenting/home life. If you would prefer to make an appointment you can do this via the main office or by calling 01633 624170.

From January 2022 I will be running regular coffee mornings. This is a great opportunity to come and get to know me and find out about support I can offer. Throughout the course of the year I will be inviting other agencies to attend the coffee mornings so they can share their information with you. Further details about the coffee mornings will follow.
